However, in some cases we offer you complete refund of the amount you paid. Firstly, In any case Vcaresvs is unable to provide the services offered or supply the products, refund shall be processed subject to deduction of actual bank charges and remittance fee. Secondly, when the user decides not to avail the services for which he has made the payment then the refund shall be processed subject to the deduction of actual charges paid to the government or other agencies concerned with completion of that services. In this case the request from the user shall be received within 7 days of payment or before the completion of service. Thirdly, In case there is any unreasonable delay in completion of services selected by user due to any fault or error of Vcaresvs, then a refund shall be processed subject to the deduction of actual charges paid to the government or other agencies concerned with completion of that services. Further, Vcaresvs clarify that events & circumstances which are outside the control of Vcaresvs including but not limited to Departmental holidays, National Holidays, Strikes, Technical failures, delay in processing by the respective governments, municipalities or any other department shall not qualify as delay. Upon receipt of the mail, the processing of refund shall take a minimum of 5 working days from receipt of all such information required to initiate the transfer. Full Refund is only applicable for the services being sold on website. For any service, that is not directly sold or else some contract is drawn, the details mentioned in respective contract will be preferred and refund will be processed accordingly.
